Over the years the company has developed and grown into a ship operating and management company with 20/25 vessels ranging from 1.000 upto 6.500 mtons.

Apart from the spot/tramping market Unity has always held long term contracts and to date maintain contracts for major industrial companies as well as various forwarding companies.

Our contract partners rely on the excellent service and performance we offer and we pride ourselves in supporting their requirements quickly and efficiently to a mutual benefit.

The good reputation we have built up over the years is well known amongst the coastal shipping circles, our aim is to maintain that reputation with all the business we do.

Although trading the vessels at full Europe, Africa and even worldwide, since the last seven years Unity has put an extra emphasis on the trade on a.o. the River Seine and the river Rhone and consequently various vessels are river Rhone/Seine/Rhine and/or Albert canal fitted. We consider the river/sea traffic as one of the growth areas of our trading pattern in the future.

Through the years Unity has also developed themselves as chartering- brokers, to cover the clients interests in the shortsea and deepsea market adding all their experience over the past 30 years consequently assisting the shipowners to cover their tonnage.

As port agents, Unity can assist you at all Dutch ports by handling your vessels and give the logistical assistance of your cargoes.
